It's long been the conundrum of vintage-loving girls who find themselves expecting; there aren't really vintage maternity clothes to be found, well not stylish ones anyway. This got fashionable friends Edwina (right) and Johanna - who met at an antenatal class - thinking. Both wanted to flatter their bumps without abandoning their individual style, and felt bereaved at forgoing unique pieces for 'wrap dresses, loose leggings and frumpy bump sacks'.
A few years, and babies, later, the friends have just launched a capsule collection of vintage-inspired maxi dresses and dungarees, in rich colours and vintage-style fabrics and detailing.
These delightful pieces whisper of their cool East London lifestyle and secretly stylish backgrounds - pretty Edwina's cousins are the Delevingnes - Poppy, Chloe and, of course, Cara.
The collection is called In Pig, a reference to how literary icons the Mitford sisters described being pregnant. The pieces are made in England and can be shipped to the UAE.
