Delivery and returns
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS OVER £200.
We aim to dispatch all items within 3-5 working days but please allow up to 7-10 during busy periods. Orders will be sent out by recorded Second Class Mail. Standard orders will incur a shipping charge of £4.95. Postage for accessories will incur a charge of £2.95. RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you will be very happy with your Clary & Peg order, but if for any reason you are not, you are entitled to a full refund up to 14 days from the receipt of goods. We do ask you to email us at info@claryandpeg.co.uk for your return to be eligible. We understand that international orders might take longer to get back to us but please email within the 2 week time frame to confirm the return.
The returned products must unworn and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that have been worn or customer damaged cannot be refunded or exchanged. Once your return is authorised please return your items to:

Once the item has been approved for return and received by us, we will refund the original debit/credit card for the sum paid.
EXCHANGE
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. The new item will be shipped to you after the returned item has been received by us and checked. Please reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items via email to info@claryandpeg.co.uk.
In cases where we are unable to provide an exchange, we will offer you a choice of credit note or refund.

We offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations. Postage is free for orders over £250 and £20 for smaller orders on all international destinations.
Delivery times will vary.
Please be aware international deliveries may be subject to customs duties or taxes once the order reaches the destination country. Clary & Peg has no control over any charges and cannot predict if these might occur. Any charges must be paid by the recipient.
International shipping may be subject to delays due to customs procedures in the destination country.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Please double check your address is correct before placing your order or contact us immediately if you notice an error. Incorrect addresses can lead items to be held up for months whilst the order is being returned back to us and before we can resend.
